Dmitry is a Yoga Teacher with a lifelong passion for yoga, meditation and self-improvement.

Having spent the last 10 years actively practicing various styles of yoga, Dmitry has received training from multiple yoga teachers and is now teaching at FitnessJ studio, supplementing Julia’s functional training with Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, calming and energizing breathing techniques (pranayama) and a holistic approach to life.
