two-on-one 30 min session - 45$ 

( 35  min session that will include full fitness assessment, customized workout for each person, stretching routine and a 1 week daily nutrition correction followed by nutritionist)

two-on-one  60 min session  - 80$

( 60 min session that will include full fitness assessment, customized workout for each person, stretching routine and a 1 week daily nutrition correction followed by nutritionist)

3 and 4 people group sessions are  available

In-Home Personal Training  - 80$

(1h min session,  free fitness assessment assessments,  fitness equipment, personalized PNF stretching, nutritional consultation, meal plan sample , tailored workout and stretching routine) 

Boot Camp - 20$ (Thursdays 6 pm )

(Group class concentrated on core, weight loss and cardiovascular training ending with 10 min relaxing yoga stretch)
