  1. Is there any categorical diet that you may recommend for somebody that’s 220 and 6′4?

  2. Hi Kelley,
    thank you for your question.
First of all I would start to keep a daily food diary for about a week and see what condition your nutrition is in. The best way I find is to go to fitday.com. It’s free and they have a very good and comfortable interface to count calories, to see if you are getting the right amount of each food group from the food guide.
After that you have to set some goals.
Do you want to diet for weight loss or other reasons? Are planning to add fitness while dieting?..
Meal plan should be costume made for each individual. Those crevices that offer a meal plan over an email are spams. I would suggest to set an appointment with nutritionist or dietitian who will provide you with right information and also remember if you want to get rid off extra ponds just dieting will not work. You need good muscle mass to maintain your body fat. MUSLE FEEDS ON FAT!

Hope this info helped you a little.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
